Mr. Irby possesses a unique combination of experience both as a businessman and an educator. He devoted his early professional years as an international leader in power line and electrical substation construction. He then devoted full time and energy to the development of private schools for inner-city children. During this time he was also instrumental in establishing two private scholarship foundations that provide tuition assistance to low-income families. Mr. Irby holds a B.S. in Business Management and an M.Ed. in School Administration.

Mr. Irby provided the vision for Algebra'scool®, spearheading the company's organization after experiencing a need for suitable tools for teachers in their classrooms.
